Sidera Funds SICAV

Sidera Funds SICAV is a public limited company incorporated under the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg as an investment company with variable capital (société d’investissement à capital variable). The Fund is subject to the Luxembourg Law of 17 December 2010, as amended, relating to undertakings for collective investment.

Sidera Funds has been authorised by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF), the Luxembourg supervisory authority for the financial markets. Such authorisation does not, however, imply that the CSSF approves or disapproves the suitability or accuracy of the Prospectus or the portfolio of assets held by the Fund. Any statement to the contrary shall be deemed unauthorised and unlawful.
