Sidera Funds SICAV

Sidera Funds Sicav is a public limited company (société anonyme) incorporated under the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg as an investment company with variable share capital (société d'investissement à capital variable). The Fund is subject to Part I of the Luxembourg law of 17 December 2010 relating to undertakings for collective investment, as amended or supplemented from time to time.

Sidera Funds has been authorised by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) which is the Luxembourg supervisory authority of the financial market. However, such authorisation does not require the CSSF to approve or disapprove either the adequacy or accuracy of this Prospectus or the portfolio of assets held by the Fund. Any declaration to the contrary should be considered as unauthorised and illegal.

Sidera Funds is registered with the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register under number B 201846. The latest version of the Articles of Association was published in the Mémorial C, Recueil des Sociétés et Associations of the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg on 9 December 2015.
